I hired busy bees when I moved to my new apartment and they did an amazing job. They completely transformed the apartment from a disaster mess (as we had a lot of grouting and maintenance work done) to a shiny new clean apartment. They worked all day and with precision. They truly cared to give the best quality and service. Highly recommended especially for first time moves!! 👏👏👏

Hit and miss. We’ve had some fabulous people from busy bees help with cleaning and childcare but on the admin side we always struggle 🙁 responses aren’t always very prompt, communication is sometimes unclear and no one seems to remember us as repeat customers from over the past 6 yrs 🙁 the quality of the work in the home has been really good though and the staff are professional, honest and nice.
I called BusyBees for a deep cleaning before renting my house. Their response over the phone was very professional and accurate. The team came sharply on time and they started cleaning the whole house meticulously inside and out. I watched them taking care of the smallest details. They are very well trained and very well equipped. They know exactly what they are doing and how to do it. The team is very polite and always asking if anything else is still needed. I strongly recommend using BusyBees for a spotless and professional cleaning.
First of all, I couldn’t thank Ms. Cheryl enough for such warm and kind assistance! I was in contact with her throughout the entire process and she made everything so easy for me. The moment I stepped into my apartment after the deep cleaning service, it smelled heavenly and I just knew right off the bat that the place was squeaky clean! They did a job so wonderful that I actually wish I could afford to do it every week! 😂 Everything was spotless and the best thing is that you need not worry about your personal belongings as I was contacted during the process and was informed of which cabinets holding my personal items (such as clothes and books) will remain untouched unless I gave them permission to clean it out as well. The registration and payment process was so easy and any questions I had, Ms. Cheryl was so easy to contact for answers. I cannot commend Busy Bees in Dubai enough! Kudos to the wonderful team! I assure you, once you’ve tried them, you will keep coming back for their services. I know I will! 😊
What a great choice I made! BusyBees provided a deep clean and sanitization of my apartment between tenants. The staff came fully equipped and were friendly and cheerful putting my mind at ease that everything would be cleaned as per my requirements. I was really pleased with the result. It was such a huge improvement on so-called deep cleans I’ve had from other providers in the past. The use of green cleaning products was also a winner for me. I would definitely use their services again.
We had requested for a deep clean before our house move. The whole team was very diligent, efficient and amazing to deal with. Everyone worked so hard especially the team who was assign for our home. I found BusyBees for a deep cleaning via google search, before renting my villa in the Meadows .Booking an appointment was a cake walk. The information provided response was professional. A detailed scope of work was transmitted Electronically with detailed standard operating procedure, chemicals and cleaning materials being used along with the equipment. An army of 08 busybee soldiers arrived on scheduled date and time. The deep cleaning was excellent, each and every little detail was taken care. There after have used the deep cleaning services two more times in less than a month. The busy bee team does not give you a chance to complain. Appreciate their service and will definitely use their services time and again, and will refer them to all my friends and family. Good luck
