I was going through cancer treatment and about to spend a few days in the hospital, and I needed to come home to an extremely clean house to protect my immune system. First, Nida in the back office. When I explained my situation, she met me with so much compassion and empathy, and reassured me she would send the very best team. That kind of human response meant the world, especially when I was about to be in the hospital juggling a hundred other things and couldn’t be home to oversee anything.

The company was responsive throughout the process, starting from site visit coordination, quotation revisions, and follow-up during execution. Special thanks to Sona for her communication, patience, and support.
