I was going through cancer treatment and about to spend a few days in the hospital, and I needed to come home to an extremely clean house to protect my immune system. This was not a "nice to have," it was a health thing, and they completely understood that.
First, Nida in the back office. When I explained my situation, she met me with so much compassion and empathy, and reassured me she would send the very best team. That kind of human response meant the world, especially when I was about to be in the hospital juggling a hundred other things and couldn't be home to oversee anything.
The team, Carlo, JR, Donn, and Joel, handled a full deep clean, including my mattress and couches, and kept me updated the entire time with photos and information. Being looped in like that while I was away took a huge weight off my mind.
Then the part that genuinely impressed me: I came home to a spotless house, every single corner taken care of. And my place is busy, lots of stuff everywhere, but they put everything back exactly where I left it. Clean and organized, without disturbing my chaos. That is a rare skill.

We recently worked with BusyBees for post-construction deep cleaning of a townhouse in Al Furjan West, and overall the experience was professional and well coordinated.
The company was responsive throughout the process, starting from site visit coordination, quotation revisions, and follow-up during execution. Special thanks to Sona for her communication, patience, and support.
The team handled deep cleaning works including paint mark removal, windows, bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets, and detailed cleaning works. They were also cooperative in arranging touch-up visits after inspection comments.
Like any project, there were some final remarks during inspection, but the company remained responsive and cooperative until completion.
Wishing BeesBusy continued success, and looking forward to smoother cooperation on future villas and projects.
