Arwa Al Jundi3 days agoI reached out to BusyBees during a genuinely hard stretch. I was going through cancer treatment and about to spend a few days in the hospital, and I needed to come home to an extremely clean house to protect my immune system. This was not a "nice to have," it was a health thing, and they completely understood that.
First, Nida in the back office. When I explained my situation, she met me with so much compassion and empathy, and reassured me she would send the very best team. That kind of human response meant the world, especially when I was about to be in the hospital juggling a hundred other things and couldn't be home to oversee anything.
The team, Carlo, JR, Donn, and Joel, handled a full deep clean, including my mattress and couches, and kept me updated the entire time with photos and information. Being looped in like that while I was away took a huge weight off my mind.
Then the part that genuinely impressed me: I came home to a spotless house, every single corner taken care of. And my place is busy, lots of stuff everywhere, but they put everything back exactly where I left it. Clean and organized, without disturbing my chaos. That is a rare skill.
If you need deep cleaning in Dubai, especially the kind you can trust when you can't be there to supervise, BusyBees is it. Highly recommend, and I'll absolutely use them for everything going forward.

We recently worked with BusyBees for post-construction deep cleaning of a townhouse in Al Furjan West, and overall the experience was professional and well coordinated.
The company was responsive throughout the process, starting from site visit coordination, quotation revisions, and follow-up during execution. Special thanks to Sona for her communication, patience, and support.
The team handled deep cleaning works including paint mark removal, windows, bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets, and detailed cleaning works. They were also cooperative in arranging touch-up visits after inspection comments.
Like any project, there were some final remarks during inspection, but the company remained responsive and cooperative until completion.
Wishing BeesBusy continued success, and looking forward to smoother cooperation on future villas and projects.

Not only did Jojo do a sterling job of cleaning our stroller, he volunteered to help us with anything else just to ensure we were happy with everything. Highly recommended!

I hired busy bees when I moved to my new apartment and they did an amazing job. They completely transformed the apartment from a disaster mess (as we had a lot of grouting and maintenance work done) to a shiny new clean apartment. They worked all day and with precision. One best cleaning company i have ever tried , i used the deep cleaning service and what can i say , just wow , they came on time and they took around 7 hours and the house was better than new . They cleaned even the smallest details . The team leader romson was such a great help during the cleaning. They came fully equipped with expensive brands . I called BusyBees for a deep cleaning before renting my house. Their response over the phone was very professional and accurate. The team came sharply on time and they started cleaning the whole house meticulously inside and out. I watched them taking care of the smallest details. They are very well trained and very well equipped. They know exactly what they are doing and how to do it. The team is very polite and always asking if anything else is still needed. What a great choice I made! BusyBees provided a deep clean and sanitization of my apartment between tenants. The staff came fully equipped and were friendly and cheerful putting my mind at ease that everything would be cleaned as per my requirements. I was really pleased with the result. I found BusyBees for a deep cleaning via google search, before renting my villa in the Meadows .Booking an appointment was a cake walk. The information provided response was professional. A detailed scope of work was transmitted Electronically with detailed standard operating procedure, chemicals and cleaning materials being used along with the equipment. An army of 08 busybee soldiers arrived on scheduled date and time. The deep cleaning was excellent, each and every little detail was taken care. There after have used the deep cleaning services two more times in less than a month. The busy bee team does not give you a chance to complain. Appreciate their service and will definitely use their services time and again, and will refer them to all my friends and family. Good luck
We had requested for a deep clean before our house move. The whole team was very diligent, efficient and amazing to deal with. Everyone worked so hard especially the team who was assign for our home. We definitely contact busy bee again to help us in future deep clean and highly recommend because of how smooth and fast the operation from booking, approval process, details of the job, payment link and from the end service.

Cheryl ensured booking and job scope was well explained. The team was fantastic with eye for details. I took their services before occupying my flat in Motor city. Impressive was the fact that they not only use traditional mops and brooms but use Karcher units and other mechanical aids to ensure difficult grimes are all removed from hard to reach corners. I will surely recommend them to any one wishing to have their homes cleaned professionally.
We got them to do a deep clean for the villa prior to moving in. They were professionals and did a really good job. They were responsive with queries and easy to deal with. They are also competitively and reasonably priced.
JR and Reynaldo were extremely professional and did a phenomenal job for an apartment that really required deep cleaning. They were hard working and friendly. The experience with the customer service of Cheryl was pleasant, seamless and accommodative. Busybees is a great company because it is made of such great people.
Hit and miss. We’ve had some fabulous people from busy bees help with cleaning and childcare but on the admin side we always struggle 🙁 responses aren’t always very prompt, communication is sometimes unclear and no one seems to remember us as repeat customers from over the past 6 yrs 🙁 the quality of the work in the home has been really good though and the staff are professional, honest and nice.

To begin with, Cheryl in admin was extremely responsive which made arranging the service, and paying for it, a breeze! The team that showed up for my deep cleaning (Neil, Ronel, Ivan, Willy & Romson) painstakingly, over the course of 9 hours, cleaned and scrubbed every nook and cranny. I don’t really have the words to describe just how good a job they did….any adjective I could come up with, wouldn’t do their service justice!

Recently read a recommendation for “Busy Bees”. Had them in today for a move in cleaning. Excellent job, very thorough (took them 10 hrs for a 5-bed). They steam-cleaned and desinfected the entire house. And pressured-washed the entire terrace and outside walkways. Can highly recommend them as well (not affiliated in any way)
